My kids were blessed with a momma that is strongly vision driven. They often can hear Chris and I having talks about our family goals or visions, where our focus is. So it doesn't surprise me that my kids are following suit. Vision boards are a perfect way to maintain focus on a specific goal or outcome. Making a vision board helps us visually see what we want, it affirms our goals letting us know that the possibilities are unlimited.

Natalie has wanted to be a midwife since she was five years old. I have allowed her to watch two of her siblings be born.  She is by nature a "birth junky" if she wasn't only eleven i'd recommend her as a doula already.  Her vision board hangs above her bed, she devours birth stories and books about midwifes.  I encourage you to make a vision board with your kids, you may just be surprised where their passion is.
