A friend of ours has a big owl on their property and gave us some owl pellets to pull apart as see what small animal is inside.

Each child found a mouse.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young mom yesterday that is looking into homeschooling and sharing with her the fruit we have seen come from being home centered. It was good to hear myself talk about how He has worked in our lives on this journey.

My sweet little Hannah continues to try taking more and more steps unassisted. Jude's speech is growing daily! It's amazing. Rachael has decided she would like to start her math curiculum now. Presley is excited that spring has sprung and the yard work will begin. Natalie has been doing a sewing class and just finished her first skirt. Zachary started a cake decorating class on Tuesday nights, and Austin is still on a high from his weekend with Chris in Vancouver.

We have been having such a great week! The weather has been beautiful, I have been enjoying walks after dinner with either a neighbor or one of the children. I am just so thankful for where the Lord has placed us to raise our family. Truly I'm living the dream.

Our days have been busy with lots of school work, we like to be done for May so we are in crunch time now. The older ones have been very diligent to work hard on their studies. It's so nice that the sun is out much longer now we seem to get much more done.
Tonight is our Friday night Bible Study, I have been looking forward to this all week. Everyone brings an appy we eat, visit and then we study the Word.

Looking forward to the weekend we are in the middle of a barn reno to get ready for chickens.
We also need to re-stock our wood for those chilly spring mornings. Then this Sunday we are having "family dinner" but with friends and that pretty much sums it all up.
